Verities is a biannual publication of thought, observation and reflection, giving equal focus to visual arts and literature. It's based in London and Lausanne. Verities explores new ways of seeing the most ordinary and over looked situations, revealing the arresting and the irrational in the everyday. The ability to disorientate and estrange through the subjects illumination sits at the heart of Verities.
A new publication which is not afraid to have an opinion and is interested in capturing attitudes and personalities of the everyday exploring often large themes in a personal un-sensationalist manner.
Artists and authors explore a new theme in each issue. The first one explores POWER and is printed in a limited edition of 2000 copies. Next issue will explore the theme of MUSES.
